- The individual harasses NMR Staff or fails to cooperate with the reasonable requests of NMR;
- A conflict of interest is discovered or arises which makes it inappropriate or unreasonably difficult for the NMR to continue representation; and/or
You give your permission to allow New Media Rights to store/archive your data for administrative purposes and send emails to your submitted email address.

Limitation of Services.
NMR reserves the right to limit, in its sole discretion, the availability of the Website and/or the provision and quantity of any service and/or information to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction it so desires.
Termination or Cancellation.
You are free to discontinue your request for assistance at any time for any reason. NMR may terminate or suspend the privileges of any person to use NMR and its related services without notice for any reason in its sole discretion, including but not limited to having reached the conclusion that any User has breached these terms or applicable rules. NMR shall be free to terminate its provision of this service at any time subject to ethical rules and the laws of the jurisdiction.
