Kyle is a third year law student at California Western School of Law, where he plans to graduate from in May. Kyle previously earned a BS in mechanical engineering, which he enjoyed so much that he decided to continue his education in the most drastically different direction possible and go to law school. Kyle — now entering his second tour of duty at New Media Rights — has thoroughly appreciated helping startups and artists navigate legal obstacles as well as making drafting policy suggestions. When he has spare time, Kyle enjoys eating cereal and watching Nicholas Cage movies.

Jamie is a second-year law student at California Western School of Law in San Diego, where he focuses on media and entertainment law.  Before returning to the academic fold, he worked for several years developing, repping and selling independent films in New York City, and later worked as a professional screenwriter and script doctor.  For him, promoting new art, artists and entrepreneurs has always been more a pleasure and a privilege than it has a job.  When time allows, he can be found whittling away at an ever-expanding pile of things he needs to watch, read or listen to...he also manages to sneak in the occasional surf.
