American Intellectual Property Law Association Spring 2017 meeting - Music Copyright Panel

Executive Director Art Neill is speaking at the 2017 American Intellectual Property Law Association's Spring Meeting in San Diego, California May 18.  He'll be speaking about music copyright, specifically The Status of Copyright Infringement of Musical Works After the "Stairway to Heaven" and "Blurred Lines" Decisions.

So we jumped at the chance to work with local VR company Nanome to make their VR molecular modeling app a reality.  We want to congratulate Nanome on their release of Nano-One, the first of Nanome’s suite of nano-engineering and mathematics visualization tools. Nano-One was recently launched on Steam Greenlight as Nanome moves forward to a full release.

Our client, the non-profit Brave New Films, has created a powerful, eye-opening documentary about gun violence in America entitled Making a Killing.  The New Media Rights team, including law students Erin P.
